GIF Summaries for Vital Policies
Our former general counsel envisioned a comprehensive policy storage solution. Introducing 'Polly,' a dedicated platform designed for convenient access to our array of policies. As part of this initiative, I took on the responsibility of crafting succinct and engaging policy summary visuals for each item. This led to the creation of the innovative policy summary GIFs, aimed at presenting complex information in an interesting and concise manner.
Simplifying Understanding
Our goal was to provide a quick, intuitive way for our employees to grasp policy content quickly. Drawing inspiration from the colors within the company logo, each color within these GIF icons symbolized a key component of the policy.

With the wide range of policy GIFs created, I was able to work with a variety of animation ideas and techniques. Each style was carefully selected to amplify the essence of the policy summary. The focus wasn't solely on movement; it was about illuminating crucial policy points through visually compelling narratives that lead from one key point to another.
Concise and Informative
Placed atop each policy section, these GIFs served as concise previews, offering a snapshot of what lay beneath while directing viewers to explore further details and access the complete policy below. To ensure ease of readability, the GIFs played once upon display and then remained static until the screen reloaded. This deliberate design feature allowed employees time to easily read the key points of the policy content.
