Engaging Monthly Initiatives
I oversaw the creation and dissemination of content for DEIB Monthly Holidays, Observations, and Recognitions, fostering a culture of awareness and inclusion across our company. This content was promoted and curated across a wide range of engagement materials.
Diverse Array of Materials
I created an assortment of materials, including calendars, Zoom backgrounds, resources, ecards, and articles to provide employees with a comprehensive view and access to valuable content related to each month's DEIB focus items. These items were curated to each month, event, and, in some instances, initiative to drive engagement and awareness among our workers.
Management Involvement Initiative
To encourage engagement at the leadership level, I crafted monthly articles directed at our managers and team leaders. These articles were tailored to prompt people leaders to interact with their teams in ways that resonated with monthly events, as well as raise awareness and foster meaningful conversations within our teams.
Fostering Awareness Company-wide
For a broader reach, a biweekly DEIB email was released company-wide, spotlighting monthly content and resources. This initiative was in response to the high demand for content and ease of accessibility, as some employees struggled to find the content on their own within our company intranet. This holistic approach to DEIB initiatives not only enriched our company culture but also facilitated widespread awareness and engagement.
Engagement at the Practice Level
We launched patient point screens with essential facts, information, and actionable items relevant to each monthly item. These screens were a way to boost public awareness engaged at the patient level, introducing these monthly events to the general public that they my not otherwise be aware of.
